the mountain views was acceptable.

The room wasnt especially clean. it seems the shower gel dispenser wasnt filled up before i arrived, which i noticed right away under the shower. the hallway carpet looked pretty dirty and kinda old. Really needed a replacement.

i found the views from the hotel amazing. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i thought the location was great for a calm stay above the lake.

the hallway carpet seemed quite dirty and worn out. i noticed the restaurant service was unfriendly. some options at breakfast required an extra charge (i was surprised by that).
