i loved the hotel's location near the funicular and the lake! the ticino ticket was great. it gave me access to public transport and discounts. the indoor and outdoor pool was clean.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled. It was not possible to adjust the temperature.

The location is indeed convenient, providing easy access to the lake. The indoor and terrace swimming pools are great options for relaxation. Breakfast offered plenty of choice with options like boiled potatoes, scrambled eggs, and pastries. (I especially liked the croissants.)

The soundproofing in the room was minimal. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The location is superb, just a short walk to the funicular for Monte San Salvatore. The room was spacious, with two medium-sized beds. This allowed my family to sleep comfortably. I found the indoor and terrace swimming pools AMAZING!!!

The room had minimal soundproofing, and I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.
