EXCELLENT stay!

central location breakfast selection helpful staff

The hotel's central location is AMAZING! I found it very convenient. The breakfast selection offered many choices and everything tasted delicious. The staff members were friendly and helpful with directions. Parking was available nearby , made getting around SO easy.

The pool area could use more loungers. It was sometimes difficult to find an available spot. More seating would REALLY improve this area.

The room included good quality cosmetics and complimentary water. The room was modern and VERY clean. I liked that I could see a mural on the wall when lying in bed as the mirror was placed perfectly.

The hotel's pool was a welcome sight. It felt much bigger than expected for such a location. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and the staff kept items well stocked and fresh.

Our room on the first floor felt very small. It was difficult to open our suitcase without putting it on the bed. The door handles was very dirty.

helpful staff good breakfast super clean facility

the staff were helpful and professional. i found the breakfast buffet good (it had a reasonable variety!). the evening bar service was very pleasant and the staff were always ready to help. i appreciated that the facility was super clean and the amenities were very good.

my room was facing an open-air theatre, and the music was quite loud some nights.

the pool was bigger than usual for this location and it was very well kept. i used the complimentary towels provided near the pool area. there was also a storage area where i could leave my bags after checking out.

the staff helped me book transport to and from the airport, made my travel easier. i was really surprised with a room upgrade upon arrival. the cleaning staff did a great job (they were always friendly!).

acceptable stay with some drawbacks

amazing breakfast excellent location short walk small room unclean door handles noisy air conditioning

the breakfast was amazing. they provided ample choices. the location is excellent. it was a short walk to the center.

our room was quite small. it was difficult to open our suitcase. the door handles looked unclean. the air conditioning was very noisy. even after turning it off, a constant sound persisted throughout the night.
