Convenient Stay Near Ski Resort

I stayed for several nights. The hotel's location near the ski resort was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly, which i appreciated. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and the excellent breakfast that offered many choices.

The room had no kettle, coffee machine, or glasses to prepare coffee. i did request one, and i received it, but only because there were free kettles available at that time.

The hotel's location is amazing. It is surrounded by peaceful woods. the views of the mountains from the room were beautiful. i appreciated the attentive cleaning staff. They kept everything immaculate. the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a huge variety of delicious foods to sample!!!

I noticed the shower needed a little tlc. The door didn't seal properly so water leaked onto the floor.

Our superior double room had a mountain view. The balcony included two chairs and a small table. a mini fridge was available inside the dresser, which proved useful for storing beverages. the beds felt comfortable and were made up with crisp, clean bedding.

The reception staff were attentive and friendly. They handled requests with care. the cleaning staff maintained the premises well. i felt cared for because the staff continuously cleaned both the floors and the outside areas.

The location proved convenient for exploring nearby sights. The breakfast had a large selection of food. The staff members were eager to assist and pleasant overall.

I found that the heating was not working correctly in my room. It was not fixed after I told receptionists about it. I think temperature in the hotel was generally low.
