the breakfast included a wide range of options, very convenient. the location is excellent, a quick walk to the lake. my room had tea and coffee facilities. the staff were cute and helpful.

the staff was very cute and professional. the hotel feels cosy and well designed. our bedroom was gorgeous with a fabulous view. the heating in the room was efficient and easy to control.

the double room i was in was a bit small for a four-star hotel. the furniture felt dated to me. the mattress also seemed old and could use replacement.

faulty air conditioning tiny shower

The air conditioning barely worked. i sweated through the nights! also, the shower was a joke. it was so tiny. I kept bumping into the temperature control, getting either scalded or frozen. this place really needs an upgrade.
