Acceptable, but Room Issues

faulty doorstrict policy

The balcony door did not shut completely and the bed was broken. I was subsequently moved to another room. The air conditioning only adjusted from 23-26 degrees Celsius. When I asked to lower it, I was informed that company policy prevented it. Because of this I did not sleep well. I found this unacceptable.

the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options.

The air conditioner only goes from 23 to 26 degrees Celsius. I asked if it would go lower, but it was company policy, so i did NOT sleep well. the balcony door did not shut. I had a few issues with the room, and i was moved.

the breakfast included a great variety of options i especially enjoyed the terrace location. the staff was cute and professional making my stay so easy. the room had modern air conditioning keeping it cool on hot days. i found a handy luggage room useful upon arrival and departure.

the bathroom in my room felt uncomfortably small i found the shower cubicle slightly confining and the folding doors did not completely keep water out.

the reception team offered a very professional service they spoke excellent english. the front desk was helpful and made every interaction simple. the staff was available to store bags which was very useful.

the room was spacious and clean i appreciated the modern bathroom. air conditioning worked very well i liked that it kept the room cool and comfortable. the room provided a quiet escape in the evenings far from any loud bars.
