Located in Bukit Baru, Hotel Kobemas Melaka is a short distance from Kota Fesyen, Mydin Supermarket, Masjid Al Alami, Bowling Centre, banks and financial institutions, Melaka Wonderland, Melaka Zoo, Mini Malaysia and Asean, Botanical forest, federal and state government administrative offices and the Melaka International Convention Centre - MITC. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Ayer Keroh toll plaza and 10 km from Batu Berendam.
