hard bed broken toilet handle

the location was good for accessing tourist spots and the metro.

The photos. my room had no view due to surrounding buildings. the bed felt too hard and the internet never worked. The toilet handle was also broken, though they did try to fix it.

helpful staff extra facilities water filling dirty walls see-through door long wait

The staff was helpful 24/7. It was perfect for where we wanted to be! The extra facilities WERE great. A washing machine, a tumble dryer, a steamer, an iron, a microwave, a gym, and water filling facilities were available.

The walls were very dirty, and the bathroom door, BEING see-through, was strange. There is a need for more laundry machines. The wait for laundry was too long.

The front desk staff was friendly and spoke English. The neighborhood had good local food nearby. A convenience store was within walking distance, also bars and restaurants. The area was lively without being disruptive to sleep.

There were no toiletries, coffee, or bathrobes provided.

dirty walls noisy room

the location of this hotel is acceptable and central to many attractions.

the cleanliness was a concern for me, walls was quite dirty. also, i found there are noise from other guests slamming doors at night. the central heating system also needs improve, i could only turn it on or off.
