i found no bottled water provided in the room. the hotel only provides water fountains on each floor. the quality of cleaning was not satisfactory. the floors were not mopped and the bathrooms were not cleaned.

The photos. my room had no view due to surrounding buildings. the bed felt too hard and the internet never worked. The toilet handle was also broken, though they did try to fix it.

The staff was helpful 24/7. It was perfect for where we wanted to be! The extra facilities WERE great. A washing machine, a tumble dryer, a steamer, an iron, a microwave, a gym, and water filling facilities were available.

The walls were very dirty, and the bathroom door, BEING see-through, was strange. There is a need for more laundry machines. The wait for laundry was too long.

the cleanliness was a concern for me, walls was quite dirty. also, i found there are noise from other guests slamming doors at night. the central heating system also needs improve, i could only turn it on or off.
