Acceptable but Flawed Stay

helpful receptionthin wallsloud snoring
The staff were helpful during the reception process.
The room itself was quite disappointing. It reminded me of it needed an upgrade. I could hear every word from the people staying next door because the walls were very thin. there was loud snoring all night. applicable, twice.
