i found accessible parking spaces near the hotel entrance a convenience. access throughout the building was easy due to a lift. the staff demonstrated attentiveness and the food portions were generous. the cleanliness and the security personnel's caring attitude were very reassuring.

check in was great with a friendly and professional receptionist. i had a late lunch and the food was lovely. the staff was friendly too.
the rooms were cold but heat was put on as soon as i asked. new waiters need more training but i was given complimentary drinks for the inconvenience.

wheelchair accessible parking was free on the hotel grounds. i found access easy to all areas because there was a lift to the bedrooms. the food and drinks were great, and the portions were large with great prices.
Room 118 felt a little tight on space. Though i managed ok.
