Unique Pavilion-Style Villas
Kilindi Zanzibar (Adults Only) features 15 eastern-styled domed Pavilions set within a 35-acre tropical garden. Each whitewashed, three-room pavilion has a terrace, a private plunge pool, and an open-air living area. The rooms include windows and doors that open toward the sea. Inside is a bedroom inside a turret-esque building with a four-poster bed surrounded by a mosquito net. The spacious bathroom, connected to the villa, has a rain shower, twin sinks, arched windows, and high ceilings. Each villa is set in private tropical gardens. There's no feeling of being crammed in or looked over by a neighbor.
Varied Dining Experiences
Kilindi Zanzibar offers diverse dining options, including private dining at your villa, on the beach, in the restaurant, or around the pool area. Dining takes place even along the pristine white beach. The dinner menu changes each night and usually has three main options. Breakfast includes tropical fruits and dishes such as lobster eggs Benedict or a smoked snapper croissant.
Beach and Pool Activities
The main pavilion has a light blue infinity pool that looks out onto the bay and islands. There's a 'waterfall' bar with the Main Pavilion overlooking a 25-metre infinity pool. The private beach includes loungers and beds, plus SUP boards and kayaks to borrow. Activities in the surrounding area include fishing, snorkeling, diving, and canoeing.
Secluded North-West Coast
Kilindi Zanzibar is nestled along a secluded beachfront on the north-west coast, just around the corner from Kendwa beach. Kilindi is with views out across the ocean to Tumbatu, Mwana-na-mwana and Popo islands. Stone Town, known for ornate doorways and as the former home of Freddie Mercury, is about an hour and a half by car away. Each Pavilion is served by a dedicated butler. The creamy, curvy, sculpted style of the buildings, from domes to towers, look like a mix of Gaudi, Scandinavian and Arab influences. A separate 'rainfall' shower room is annexed to each Pavilion room. Ironing facilities and air conditioning are provided.
