Kholle House features nine uniquely styled rooms and suites. Each room is designed with colors reminiscent of Zanzibari spices, incorporating antique accents and modern fixtures. Rooms feature high timber-beamed ceilings. Two rooms offer direct access to the second-floor terrace with views of the pool, the old city, and the nearby mosque. The Classic Single provides a Swahili bed. Garden View and Pool Side Apartments are available, equipped with kitchenettes that include a fridge and gas cooker. Amenities include air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and Wi-Fi. Bathrooms offer free toiletries. Guests have access to ironing facilities, a sitting area, a terrace, and a dressing area. Select suites include hot tubs and balconies with views of the sea and old town. The Swahili Prestige Suite features an extra-large en-suite bath.
