The hotel location is really convenient, close to the train station. This made accessing other parts of the city quite easy. Luggage storage was available, helpful upon arrival.

The air conditioning system was difficult to adjust. It was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room during the night. This was especially challenging with a stroller.

the hotel room was a good size for my family. it was super close for going to universal studios and the train station. the premium breakfast included very tasty food. i especially liked the pancake robot.

waiting took over 20 minutes at one moment.

the location was undeniably convenient, just steps from city walk.

The self check-in kiosks were a nuisance. I expect more personalized service at a hotel of this caliber. plus, the lack of a proper vanity in the room was like a rather cheap omission, especially when three people are sharing the bathroom. it's a bit ridiculous not to have enough mirror space for everyone.
