great location dining options japanese breakfast bad cleanliness allergic reaction few amenities

the location was excellent. it was very close to namba station and many dining options. the metro station was also nearby, so it was convenient. breakfast was amazing, a wonderful and tasty japanese breakfast.

the cleanliness was not great. i had an allergic reaction to the bedding. my eyes were swollen after waking up. the room was smaller than pictured with very few amenities inside.

Excellent Location and Service!

convenient location great convenience

I found the location to be convenient. It was very close to Nippombashi Station and Namba Station. There were many dining options and a Family Mart nearby, providing great convenience. The staff promptly shipped it to my address, which I greatly appreciated!!!

The provided double rooms felt somewhat small for two people. This made it a bit challenging to move around comfortably. I recommend considering a larger room if you prefer more space.

great location easy luggage capsule bunks

the location was really amazing. it was close to dotonburi and the food market. luggage storage was easy, this was very convenient. my kids really loved the capsule style bunks.

the futon was thin and the pillow was hard.

small room faulty drain

The room size proved quite restrictive. i found it difficult to fully open my suitcase without placing it on the bed. additionally, the air conditioning seemed outdated and its performance inconsistent. the bathroom had a noticeable odor and the drain was faulty. it caused the floor to flood after showering. This was not ideal.

a good nook in a vibrant district

central location friendly staff personal space

i found the hotel clean upon arrival and its central location was wonderful it made exploring so easy. the staff members were friendly and always available to assist with any questions i had. the bunk beds provided ample personal space for each guest .

the room size was smaller than expected i found it a bit difficult to fully open my suitcase.

this hotel enjoys a prime spot close to subway stations it means easy access to many city attractions and a lot of restaurants surround the area making dining out very convenient.
