missing washclothshigh noise
The room seemed clean enough, but there were no washcloths. I asked at the front desk and they said they were out. That meant using hand towels, pretty annoying. the noise level was high. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. It wasn't easy to sleep well with all that commotion.

unhelpful receptionistdistant car park
the television in my room did not work i reported this to reception but they offered no assistance the receptionist was unhelpful and seemed disinterested there was also no hotel parking available i had to use a private car park some distance away this added inconvenience and expense to my stay
