convenient stay

the room was super clean and had everything i needed including a mini kitchen. the sheets were crisp and clean and the towels were as well. the staff was super friendly and helpful. it is a beautiful hotel with a classy and traditional reception area and modern spacious rooms.
the room smelled a bit funny but only one of the two i booked.

the location is a bit outside of the busy city center in the beautiful area of grinzing. there are shops and cafes all around and a great connection with the s-bahn and tram around the corner.

The location is good outside the city, it is a very chic district with beautiful buildings. You can find cafés, bakeries, restaurants and shops close by. The hotel apartment was fully equipped with kitchen utilities. There are TWO supermarkets next door.
The ROOM was very small, it was hard to move around. Employees open the door without knocking, even to check the minibar. They don't ring the bell. I got a scare! The room cleaning was terrible, and the employee left the window open after cleaning, so the room was freezing.

The room included a kitchenette with a microwave. a small fridge was also available, stocked daily with complimentary water and beer. the s-bahn station was close. I could easily access it, as well as the tram.
Soundproofing seemed minimal. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.
