Rooms and Suites
The Mammoth Lakes condominium-suite offers views of the surrounding wilderness. The one-bedroom condominium suite at Juniper Springs Resort has an indoor fireplace. Apartments range from studios for two to four people-featuring a King-size bed and a double-size sleeper sofa-to multi-bedroom units accommodating up to six guests. Each includes ironing facilities, heating, a tea and coffee maker, a sitting area, a dining table, and garden furniture. Bathrooms provide free toiletries. All units contain cookware and kitchen utensils, a CD player, a flat-screen TV, carpeted or parquet floors. Select units come with a balcony, a full kitchen, and a gas fireplace.
Dining Options
Guests can grab espresso, cappuccino, lattes, cocoas, pastries and snacks at the grab n' go market. Mammoth Mountain Inn has its own full-service restaurant and bar, and a coffee shop. The eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is just a 30-minute drive from Mammoth, following Highway 395 north to Highway 120 (Tioga Road). The trip to Yosemite Valley takes about 2 hours, but be aware that Highway 120 is open seasonally in the summer and may close temporarily due to weather conditions.
