the staff was friendly and helpful i liked the design of the building it felt modern the location was also convenient for exploring nearby glaciers it made travel easy. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options i found something i liked each morning.

the prices at the restaurant felt high it was more expensive than expected the room did not include a fridge i needed one for storing snacks. the hot tub area floor was slippery i saw someone slip near it.

i really enjoyed the hot tubs (especially after a long day of exploring) and the provided towels and robes. i found the drinks very tasty, crafted with pride by the bartender. the front desk staff were always helpful, going above and beyond to ensure i felt at home.

the phone signal was weak inside the building, requiring me to step outside for calls.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT with many options. i found a lot of different choices for pastries especially. this hotel was beautiful. Views overlooked the glaciers. Hotel staff are amazing, rooms are super clean and luxurious.

the gym lacked a mirror and a water fountain.
