The Jefferson Hotel features three dining options. The Greenhouse offers customizable, seasonal menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch under a historic skylight. Menu items include a Power Bowl (with yogurt, berries, granola), Chesapeake Smokehouse Hand-Cut Smoked Salmon, and Golden Malted Pancakes. The Quill Bar and Lounge provides unique cocktails and dinner service. Guests can also arrange private dining experiences for executive decisions or special milestones. All-day dining is available for in-room breakfasts, dinners, and desserts. The Private Wine Cellar is available for wine enthusiasts with seasonal menus. A three-course prix fixe menu and tasting menu are available with dishes inspired by Jefferson's gardens at Monticello.

All guests have access to an expanded fitness center and pool located at the University Club. The spa uses herbs and botanicals grown in Monticello's gardens for treatments.
