Lido Beach Resort has rooms and suites in two buildings. The Tiki Building offers traditional rooms, and beachfront rooms with or without kitchenettes. The Palm Building features Premium King Guest Rooms, studio-style junior suites with kitchens and balconies, and one- and two-bedroom suites. Palm Tower rooms, located on upper floors, have views of Sarasota Bay and downtown Sarasota. Palm Tower rooms include a kitchen with a cooktop, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and dining seating for four. Family Rooms have a king bed and twin bunk beds in a separate area with a TV, outside entry, refrigerator, and microwave. The hotel offers mobility accessible rooms with 32" wide door openings.

Drift Kitchen & Bar, on the 8th floor of the Palm Building, features floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico and serves fresh seafood and Italian coastal cuisine. The Beach Market Cafe offers fresh fare. Ringside, across the street, includes Sarasota's creative restaurant with inventive dishes. Tiki Bar provides handcrafted sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and tropical cocktails. In-room dining includes breakfast, beachy snacks, seafood, salads, entrees, and pizza.
Beachfront Relaxation
Lido Beach Resort features a 300-foot private beach for swimming and sandcastles. There are two heated pools, including one for adults only.
