excellent hotel with great staff

helpful staff henna designs tuk tuk drivers great location

the front desk staff were helpful and gave us amazing tips for our stay. when i arrived, a lovely lady behind reception did some henna designs on my wife's hand, a lovely touch. they recommended tuk tuk drivers and helped negotiate a price for the evening. the hotel location is great too.

The food was ok, but nothing special. I expected a bit more flavor.

lovely stay

great dishes hotel staff smooth experience

the hotel staff anticipated our needs and they were polite. i was glad that most dishes tasted great. the hotel staff went out of their way to help us vegetarians have a smooth experience.

I noticed mosquitos in the room. The shower lacked hot water around 2 pm. i believe mattresses should be changed for better comfort.

the staff were helpful in extending my stay. my vehicle had a breakdown that needed repair. my family could stay in the room two more hours because of this. this helped much being in a new place.

i was traveling with friends. i booked six rooms two months before my trip. i called the hotel before arrival to clarify everything with our rooms. we arrived late and it turned out the hotel sold three of our rooms. my friends slept on cots.
