a room with issues
carved woodwork temple pool bad paint faulty appliance
the hotel has fine carved woodwork. i liked listening to the birds sing near the temple pool.
the room was shabby with bad paint. many plugs did not work well including the bathroom plug for the hairdryer, a dangerous situation.

dusty ledges poor maintenance
The rooms were clean and big. Not a bad experience overall, I guess.
The electricity cut out multiple times during the night. it was difficult to sleep comfortably. WHO wants that? the wall hanging had dust, and the ledges were dusty. the room maintenance was clearly LACKING.

I am thrilled the staff was so helpful! The hotel is a real beauty too. The swimming pool inside my room was the total highlight, I mean WOW! My daughter had a great time and we will always remember this, what a memory!
My room was large but it needs a little TLC. The towels needs changing for sure. I really wanted someone to make sure people didnt bath fully clothed, it is not so hygienic!

colonial splendor
antique door peaceful room
the architecture and design captivated me with an antique fort door in the reception. i enjoyed the tranquil gardens and the large peaceful room, including its own courtyard bathroom. i found the swimming pool fantastic.
i noticed several repairs to furnishings and fixtures that looked dated. the french doors led to a large terrace, but it lacked landscaping and furnishings, rendering it unusable. a used food tray remained outside my door for two days.

amazing stay. i loved this resort!
spacious villa hot water tasty breakfast
i definitely appreciated the spacious luxury plunge pool villa. the shower had a lot of hot water! a/c worked so well. the grounds had cool banyan trees. i also enjoyed a tasty breakfast spread with many options and a very good lunch. i found the staff friendly and helpful.
the bed frame was slightly noisy.

The hotel is situated in a silent area. It is within the city! this green oasis is not very far from the meenakshi temple. A taxi ride took only about 15-20 minutes.

Amazing Stay!
spacious room plunge pool
I REALLY liked the spacious room. The courtyard and private plunge pool were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered both traditional and western options, and the espresso coffee was delicious!!!
The floor in my room always felt wet. It never seemed to dry completely. I found this very uncomfortable.

a peaceful and serene environment
luxury villa beautiful spots
the food was too good. a very peaceful and serene environment. the staffs were very friendly. this place has a lot of beautiful spots to take pictures and videos. overall one of the bestest stays we have ever had.
the room itself was well below average. poor quality finishing and it took a good 5 minutes of running water before i could get hot water the bed was worst, highly uncomfortable cheap thin spring mattress and rough sheets and flat pillows, not something you would expect from a five star hotel.
