the hotel is near aksaray tram stop it is about 20 metres away fascinating turkish shops surround the hotel i found the staff efficient

the breakfast lacked variety there was no fresh juice only instant orange juice i also found the windows dirty the balcony was never cleaned

the location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation. the staff were attentive and always ready to assist. the room was clean and had adequate space for a comfortable experience.

i found the breakfast options limited. while there was a good selection of cheese, there weren't many choices if i didn't want sweet items or eggs. an iron was also unavailable in the room.

the breakfast included a good selection of cheeses sausages breads fruits and salads. the metro station is very near to the hotel. the staff were nice and friendly i found them helpful.

the room lacked a direct exterior window it felt quite dark. there was no view of the outside world.

the manager was accommodating and the reception staff were helpful especially ibram i thank them. the staff provided assistance with directions and information about local attractions with a friendly attitude. the service was efficient.
