I appreciated the friendly staff. They assisted with luggage because there's no lift. the location was very convenient with the free ferry to central station nearby. i felt at home thanks to the hotel cat, a real highlight. the bed, equipped with bamboo pillows and high tc cotton bedding, ensured sound sleep.

the wallpaper in my room was peeling, giving a worn appearance.

friendly staff luggage assistance great shower many towels

the staff was friendly. they helped us carry our luggage upstairs. staff also gave us suggestions for local transport and nearby accommodations. the shower WAS good with lots of towels provided.

wallpaper IS coming off the walls. the towels looked like they had never been washed. it was like the type of hotel you get murdered in.
