Rooms at Isalo Lodge
Isalo Rock Lodge offers rooms with air conditioning, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, an armchair and table, and a private bathroom with bath and shower. Each room features a balcony with mountain views. Electricity is available 24 hours in some rooms and at set times in others. Some rooms also include a terrace with garden views.
Dining at the Lodge
Isalo Rock Lodge features a 100-seater restaurant, a lounge bar, and a pool bar. The restaurant's design includes large glass panels overlooking the sandstone cliffs and forest. The cuisine is a mix of European and local Malagasy dishes. Breakfast is provided.
Activities and sights
The lodge has a SPA and offers a 1.5-hour trek on the Pachy Circuit to see Pachypodium plants and a natural pool. Guests can view sunsets from Giorgio's Window. Isalo National Park is located 1 km from the hotel, offers the opportunity to see ring-tailed lemurs and white sifakas. Horseback riding can be arranged. The MNP museum is nearby.

Isalo Rock Lodge is located in the Sandstone Mountains, overlooking Isalo National Park in southwestern Madagascar. It is accessible by a 4x4 vehicle from Toliara, with views of the Baobab plains. Treks are available, lasting from several hours to a week. The lodge is along the RN7 road from Antananarivo to Tulear.

The lodge provides access to Madagascar's terrain, including sandstone formations, canyons, and grassland. The area is home to 82 species of birds, 33 species of reptiles, and 14 species of mammals, including lemurs. Trails offer views of Madagascar's flora and fauna.
