the hotel location is really good. you can walk to most places from there. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions, so i appreciate that.

the bathroom was not great. the shower head had some problems. the furniture looked a bit old, and i think it is time for an update.

the location was really convenient for getting around the area.

the noise in the morning was a problem it was very loud in the reception area i even heard shouting which really woke me up early there also wasn't an option for an early check in or a late check out i wanted even though the hotel wasn't even full i don't understand it. the power even went off one morning it meant the air con didn't work properly.

Really good hospitality in the heart of town

The hotel's central location provided easy access to all the shops and restaurants. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They readily stored my luggage and allowed me pool access before my room was ready. The pool area offered a pleasant retreat, and my room was clean and well-kept (i found it really relaxing).

The shower head in the bathroom was not easily adjustable.

A Perfect Stay Close to Everything

The staff were indeed friendly and helpful. They let us stay and use the pool some hours after checkout time. The pool provided lovely moments. Food and drinks near the pool tasted delicious.

The location was convenient for exploring the town. I could easily walk to shops and restaurants. my room included a large balcony with nice views. the cleaning lady on my floor was helpful and friendly. the swimming pool was well kept with clean, warm water.

the lobby lacked air conditioning, so it felt a little warm upon arrival.

The hotel had an excellent location near the marina. The staff was very friendly and obliging. They stored our bags while we waited. The pool area was very nice, and I found my room to be clean and pleasant.

The hallways were very noisy due to the concrete floors. There was also a large gap in the hollow core door to my room, inconvenient. I could hear noise from the hallway.
