The Two Bedroom Cabin Suite includes two king-size beds, sitting and dining areas, a wood-burning stove, and private decks with Frette robes and Aesop Bath & Body products. Grand King rooms feature a king bed, a Belgian linen bench seat sofa, a private deck with mountain views, and a wood-burning stove. King Cabins offer views of the grounds or mountains, coffee and tea facilities, and a private deck. Mini Suites include a Belgian linen bench seat sofa and a decorative fireplace. Farmhouse King rooms feature king-size beds, single vanity bathrooms, Frette robes, and Aesop Bath & Body products. Queen rooms come with a queen-size bed, a single vanity bathroom, and a flat-screen television. Double Full rooms include two full-size beds and a bathroom with a double vanity. Suites include air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, sitting area, dining table, garden furniture, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and parquet floors. Mediterranean Inspired Dining
Inness features a restaurant serving local cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean. The menu includes handmade pasta, fresh vegetables, fish, and meat sourced locally when possible. A continental breakfast is available each morning. The restaurant can accommodate a seated dinner for up to 50 guests or a cocktail party for up to 100. Gabriel Salazar, the chef, focuses on open-fire cooking, with dishes like brie du Pommier, roasted squash and halloumi salad, and dry-aged New York strip and fries.
