My room was a Beautiful Canal View. It had many amenities. The shower offered a refreshing experience. The shower gel and body lotion were high quality. The elevator played cheery music.

My room included a safe and a minibar. The rooftop pool offered city views. Breakfast service by Rajjak and Jabbar was particularly notable. Their coffee and service stood out.

The hotel is near the water creek, a location I found quite convenient. I noticed it allowed easy access to the nearest tube station, about a ten-minute walk away, a benefit for those using public transport.

the staff seemed polite and happy to assist. Front desk employees Ivy and Nasir were particularly helpful. Lisa and Linda were amazing staff members who looked after me well. Lisa ensured my stay was enjoyable.

i like the breakfast. the selection was nice. the staff was friendly and helpful and help with transport. the hotel its a short ride from the airport.
i found there wasn't enough towels for two people. the bathroom furniture looked old. taxi drivers sometimes didn't know the way, and we did get lost on the first night.

the location include good amenities. the staff are friendly and approachable. rajjak and jabbar gave high-quality services to hotel guests. the rooms display modern aesthetic, which contributed to a fantastic stay.
sound insulation needs improvement, because you can hear conversations from adjacent rooms. also, the pool have a small size and the gym appear very compact.
