The hotel staff were genuinely friendly , and their helpfulness stood out. I really appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center and the lake. The parking garage was very convenient , , made travel logistics much simpler for me.

The room had a fairly small window , and this made the space feel a little bit confined.

I found the cleaning to be quite poor. our room had a single bedsheet on a double bed, and it wasn't even tucked in on the side. the bathroom only had one working light. All the others were out..

the staff was very kind. air conditioning in the room worked fine. the center is within reasonable walking distance along the water. i found it great for a few days.

the room lacked a refrigerator. this made keeping water cold difficult, especially during warmer days. it would be a welcome addition.
