convenient location attentive staff generous room size
I loved the convenient location near the bus and train terminal. It simplified my travel plans greatly! the staff were attentive. the room size felt generous, particularly the family suite, a real treat, it included two double beds and two single beds. the bathroom was ideal for our family.
the photos looked better than the actual rooms. the rooms were dark and small, surprising and disappointing. there was no tea or coffee making tray provided in the room.

broken lift lackluster decor
The hotel is conveniently situated close to the train station. This made arrival and departure straightforward.
I found the absence of a working lift quite inconvenient. Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs proved difficult. The room decor was also lackluster. It lacked the appealing design elements shown in the online photos.
