The breakfast had a lovely selection. The beds were quite firm, I found them comfy. It's a reliable chain so you know what to expect. I was charmed with the experience overall.

The bathroom needed updating, I noticed that. Getting to the room was like a maze. The smell of external bins permeated the main hallway, it was not pleasant.

The staff were lovely and always ready to help! the underground car park was secure, a lift was available for all floors , made getting to the room with bags a lot easier. All of this was great!

the spaces in the car park were quite tight! it took a bit of effort to get the car into a space, which wasn't ideal after a long drive. hopefully they can look into widening the parking bays soon!

The hotel location was great for exploring. I secured underground parking in advance. Spaces in the car park are tight. I found it secure. A lift provided easy access to all floors with my luggage. Reception staff were also helpful (they answered all my questions).

The room lacked a kettle. Tea cost extra at the bar. I thought this was inconvenient. Providing complimentary tea in the room would improve the experience.
