serene bosphorus escape

excellent service great dining responsive room
the staff was helpful and courteous. hakan, hussein, and orhan provided excellent service. rustam's sincere work was noticeable , and sezer ensured great dining. hasgul and melek delivered responsive room service.
the roof terrace , advertised both inside and outside the lifts and on the website , was inaccessible. i felt disappointed by this misrepresentation.

the room was always thoroughly cleaned daily. i found this attention to detail excellent. major attractions are easily accessible from this central location. this makes exploring simple and convenient.

wonderful location and clean rooms

helpful staff convenient location versatile items
the staff was very helpful and courteous especially rustam from room service she was very clever supportive and responsive. location is near everything close to marmaray metro and within walking distance to eminönü pier. the breakfast had versatile items and was at acceptable levels. i found the roof view very beautiful you can see the phosphorous and the golden horn from there.

the room was nice and neat it included a bosphorus view. bed linen and towels were changed every day. the room had plenty of space for luggage and moving around.

the hotel offers a free sauna and a swimming pool. these facilities provide excellent relaxation after a busy day exploring. the spa includes a hammam and massage services are also available at extra cost.

the hotel is in the very center. the marmaray station is nearby providing easy access to transportation. you can walk to the blue mosque and hagia sophia in just 10-15 minutes.
