I found the staff helpful and friendly. They assisted with directions and local tips. the room was clean and well-kept. the hotel's location was quite central, close to a shopping center where i could easily get necessities.

the noise isolation between rooms wasn't great, so i could sometimes hear conversations next door.

my standard twin room was clean, i felt very comfortable. the environment was really calming and relaxing after a long day. the gentle and supportive staff, being kind and helpful.

the staff made check-in so easy i appreciate their help with local spots adele was super nice during check in she ensured i knew about everything available and she gave awesome recommendations the hotel itself is so clean it's a great pick for both fun and work trips the location makes getting around simple

the bathroom extractor fan barely worked it made things feel a bit stuffy
