friendly staff generous spread comfy bed
The staff showed great friendliness. the breakfast offered a generous spread. i enjoyed the super comfy bed in my spacious room. they also arranged a taxi to the airport. It was all very comfortable.
they attempted to charge my card after i paid during check-in. i would not recommend it if you have a car, because there isn't a parking space in front of the hotel.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
amazing staff convenient location fantastic rooftop
The staff were amazing. Kristin welcomed us warmly. The location is very convenient, right across from a public parking area and the roman amphitheater. The rooftop offered fantastic sunset views. I appreciated the easy access to downtown and nearby attractions.
The street outside was noisy, even with closed windows. This impacted restful sleep. Perhaps thicker windows would alleviate some noise. It made sleeping difficult.

The room i booked was not the one i received, i was placed in an adjacent building. bathroom amenities were lacking. I had to request soap and tissues. drinking water was not provided, it was only available for purchase. breakfast was subpar and lacked variety, a big letdown.

roman theater kind staff amazing location smiling chef
the location was amazing. the roman theater was just across the street, i could see it from my window. it was easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. the staff was kind, chef mama greeted everyone with a smile.
the street was quite loud at times, specially during the day. i noticed some traffic noise from my room, it was a slight distraction.

the hotel's proximity to the roman theatre and downtown was a major advantage. i found the value for money to be excellent. the cleanliness was noticeable. dean at the front desk was helpful when i needed to change my flight bookings.
I noticed the breakfast waffles were cold and chewy. The coffee was quite bitter for my taste.
