i noticed that signage directing guests to various amenities could be improved. during my visit, it felt a little confusing navigating around the large hotel. i did eventually find my way, but clearer directions would definitely enhance the guest experience.

The hotel offers a main buffet restaurant that has a wide variety of food options. The options are varied. the gyros at the pool bar are a personal favourite. They are great. the adult only breakfast facility was lovely.

The room included fresh sheets and towels on a daily basis. This kept the room pristine. the room also had gorgeous toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser. a mini fridge was also included in my room.

this place has amazing facilities. there are so many pools and the beach is great. it feels secluded in a good way. facilities for babies and kids are great too. breakfast is amazing here. i should mention george and stelios from the hotel concierge, they assisted with everything, providing local tips and fulfilling every request. !!!

the room temperature did not go below 22 degrees. this was like heating for someone from colder countries. i had to get a pedestal fan from reception. also, the spa was shockingly poor. the treatment room seemed like a storage cupboard.

This resort offers great amenities for families. The staff are very friendly and always ready to assist. The accommodation is modern. It gets cleaned every day. The dining options are plentiful. The food tasted good. The bar staff in the main piano bar were also great. Francesco's yoga sessions each morning were refreshing. Maria kept us entertained at the activity pool.

My only concern was the travel time from the airport. The ride felt long.

The room was spacious. The fridge was stocked daily. Bottled water was placed in the room everyday. The food was good at the buffet. There were plenty of options. The staff was friendly and professional.

The pools were freezing. I spoke with the guest relations manager. He explained why the pools were cold. There were not any toilets around the activity pool. I had to go back to my room. The only baby-changing facility is in the lobby area. It had a torn and discoloured changing mat.

the resort has great activities. we enjoyed the multiple pools. they were clean and well-kept. the hotel staff are friendly and. i really liked the variety of food. the breakfast buffet had endless options (especially the fresh fruit!). the bars have a nice selection of drinks also.

i used the separate app but it wasn't very user-friendly. it sometimes showed full availability, even when slots were open. i had to spend time at reception to make reservations, a little inconvenient.

The staff was very attentive. They addressed every request quickly. housekeeping kept the room super clean with fresh towels daily. i found the front desk personnel to be professional, always ready to help with any question.
