Excellent Hotel Experience

The WhatsApp guest relations were proactive. Staff found and returned my lost hat. The children's facilities include a splash park. A heated kids' pool also features a man-made beach. The kids club even has toddler-sized toilets. The rooms had baby bathtubs available on request. Rooms also have slippers. Chef Erdoğan and the team prepared vegetarian dishes. Kamile at the omelette station used a separate pan and gloves. The hotel design is modern. The hotel feels premium.

The coffee quality was not at the expected level.

The gym has modern equipment and offers daily classes. A sauna and steam room are accessible. There are multiple pools. The pools provide ample sunbeds. The beach has clean sea and readily available beds.

The room was large enough and had adequate amenities.

I was rather annoyed that getting a reservation at the a la carte restaurants was nearly impossible. This was a real letdown (this issue needs to be addressed).
