the rainshower was nice. free bottled water are provided. the tv had good channels. the restaurant has many changing dishes and a great buffet with indian food and also western food. kishan served me well and we had some pleasant conversations.

i usually give a good rating, but it seem they were very busy. the reservation team made mistakes and did not understand simple instructions. they did not contact me for length of stay and booked only one night.

I tell you, the food was seriously delicious! chef singh really knows his stuff, because he explained every single dish in detail! i found the hotel employees so warm and friendly. I really loved that the rooms have a crisp, clean look and are super spacious! ikram at the front desk was so smart, and the security guys at the gate are so prompt and warm, which i really appreciated!

the only tiny thing i could possibly say is the ac wasn't able to be manually set, and that was a little bit of an issue sometimes.

The zing restaurant has a beautiful and well kept space! staff members are cordial, very helpful, and ensure you get all the food you like. Taste is awesome! i found vivid items in the menu, and overall, the options are great.

i found the staff attentive at the front desk. the king room was spacious with a comfortable bed. breakfast included a variety of options, which i found satisfying.

The gym equipment was limited. Only two treadmills worked. the air conditioning in the lobby seemed too strong sometimes. i also noticed the elevators were quite slow, resulting in some waiting.

the baby cot was really good. the staff at breakfast were attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

i found the food to be quite salty. this was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
