my room was super clean the staff cared about details. i found the food in the restaurant very tasty it had careful preparation. the swimming pool was good i enjoyed its calm atmosphere.

the halls carried the scent of smoke i believe it came from the smoking room. the structure felt a bit dated inside i could see it needs updates. my shower head did not work as well as i wished i noticed inconsistent water pressure.

Mahak and kamal shined. They ensured my room remained immaculate. i felt well-cared for , such a delight. the location proved ideal with markets and banks within easy walking distance. the buffet menu presented a good array of tasty choices.

i noticed that some areas of the building show signs of age, though the staff keeps everything very clean.

the staff consistently displayed politeness and cooperation throughout the hotel. praveen kumar and the security team provided a great sense of safety. the housekeeping team, including sanjay, offered prompt and complete service, leaving me very satisfied.

My stay had some setbacks. The air conditioning unit in my room only emitted cold air, despite setting it to 26 degrees Celsius. I also thought there were too many steps to access the restaurant and my room, inconvenient.

The hotel staff was helpful. My room had a beautiful decoration for my wedding night. The food was tasty. The service from Ms. Seeba was excellent. She was polite.

I requested an early check-in, but the hotel charged me half a day's rate, even though rooms were available! They did not inform me about this fee when I called a day before.

The room was very neat and clean. Meghna, Manohar, and Mehek ensured it was cleaned properly (their service was great). I found the entrance spacious, offering several areas to relax. The room's air conditioning and WiFi worked effectively.

I experienced an early check-in fee, despite room availability. They did not inform me of this charge when I requested early check-in over the phone a day before my arrival. This lack of transparency was inconvenient.
