PROBLEMS DURING A STAY

THE HOTEL TRIED TO DOWNGRADE MY ROOM ON ARRIVAL. I BOOKED A Beautiful KING ROOM BUT THEY SENT ME TO A SMALL ROOM. IT WAS ON A HIGH FLOOR NEXT TO THE LIFTS WITH NO BATH. I HAD TO ARGUE TO GET THE ROOM I ORIGINALLY PAID FOR. THE HOTEL IS ALSO NOT SOUNDPROOF I COULD HEAR CONVERSATIONS FROM THE ROOM NEXT DOOR.
