Decent Stay. Some Issues Present.
uncool minibarlacking servicing
The minibar was a joke. It did not cool anything. I told staff, but nothing happened, which, felt lazy. The room needed servicing. That did not happen until I asked for it. I found it odd you have to request such a basic thing. I expected better, seriously.

Solomon was helpful from check-in. he found my reservation, calmed my concerns, and told me about the sky bar. i enjoyed a drink there. He is a great agent! the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful.
the pool area seemed a bit underwhelming compared to its pictures.

The restaurant provides excellent service, offering a diverse menu with fresh and flavorful dishes. the cocktails at the bar were great, perfectly mixed and presented. I found them quite refreshing. breakfast service can be a little chaotic at times.

The location offers easy access to studio city and santa monica, allowing guests to explore various attractions. it is very central and in a prestigious area. I found it very useful for my meetings. the location was perfect, though the parking was expensive!

My room had windows overlooking the city. This was very nice. the room was spacious and very clean. the bed was comfortable, and i slept very well.

The pool area offers a space to relax. It has a laid-back atmosphere. there is an equinox gym available with daily passes. the hotel also provided transportational car services, which i used several times.

the equinox gym access was a great perk (i visited it every day). brandon drove a transportational car and gave great recommendations. (i really appreciated that)
