the free parking onsite was acceptable and convenient.

the room was smaller than i expected (i booked a standard twin room mountain view). also, the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled, and it wasn't working in october. i found this really disappointing as i would have liked to have a cooler room.

the self-service check-in was slow and impersonal. i prefer speaking to a person who can answer questions. also, a cleaner entered my room in the morning before i checked out. it wasn't their fault, but it should not have occurred
