The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a good variety.
I faced a problem with the heating in my room. I could not adjust the temperature. The switch was broken, and no one fixed it .

Excellent Stay and Amenities
spacious room free parking wellness area
The room was spacious and modern. Free parking was available, although it was almost full when I arrived at 4 PM. The wellness area included a nice indoor pool that could get a bit busy (especially during peak hours).
I experienced limited choice at breakfast. The selection seemed somewhat poor for a four-star hotel. The rolls were too hard and possibly not fresh.
Service

The staff was kind and helpful. They readily assisted with directions and provided quick check-in service. The team also promptly addressed my inquiries about local attractions (.

missing air conditioning obstructed view
the breakfast was acceptable (though not amazing) and offered a reasonable variety of options.
the lack of air conditioning in the room. also, the promised mountain view from my 'classic double room' was mostly obstructed by a large tree, obscuring much of the scenery. this was a major disappointment.
