The hotel has great facilities and plenty of games. I found everything super clean and thoughtfully designed (I really liked the decor!). The location is also great. It is a short distance from the Visitor Center.

I was a little surprised to find myself in an older building, across the street. The sheets felt a bit rough. I found the bathroom floor slippery, even when dry.

Wonderful Stay Near the Canyon

Our premium queen room was quite spacious. It comfortably accommodated our family. I found the microwave in the room very convenient for preparing late-night snacks. The hotel's multiple pool and jacuzzi combinations were a real plus, both indoor and outdoor were available.

The front desk didn't really explain the breakfast vouchers clearly. WE had some confusion. It would have been helpful to have more guidance upon arrival.

The breakfast had made-to-order omelets, and a chef prepared them quickly. The Pub offered adequate food and drinks. Plaza Bonita restaurant nearby offers a great spot for lunch and dinner, while Drigo's is great for breakfast, too.

I thought the pool area was quite clean and inviting. i also appreciated the free smores they offered every evening near the fire pits. It was a fun, unexpected treat. the fire pits were located near the outdoor pool.

the breakfast buffet felt overpriced for the quality. the hot food could have been warmer, it was lukewarm at best and also, the selection wasn't huge.
