the location was acceptable.
The room smelled strongly of mold. It was disgusting. the front desk staff didn't seem to care. I felt completely dismissed! i also noticed some stains on the carpet. the whole experience was just upsetting, especially considering the price.

the location offers easy access to the national park. the general store had plenty of souvenirs. the on-site restaurant provided convenient dining options, it saved us time looking for alternatives. breakfast was included, a good start to our day.
the heater in the room made a noticeable noise during the night.

The location near the park entrance was certainly convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety , and the service was acceptable.
The pool area looked unclean . I noticed the pool edges had brown stains , and the water looked whitish. The noise from the upstairs neighbor was disruptive . Every movement caused the floor to creak.

The location offers a short drive to Bryce Canyon. the room was spacious and very clean. i found the breakfast good, a decent start to the day. the on-site laundromat was convenient. It cost $8 to wash and dry a load..
I booked a "lake view" room, but there wasn't any lake to see. That was disappointing. the walls are somewhat thin. I could hear the people above and next to my room. the hvac unit didn't have a constant fan option, a feature i prefer.

The general store offered a good range of items. I liked the efficient check-out system via e-mail. It eliminated a return to reception and it simplified my departure. The heater worked well to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The bathtub made noise when showering. This was slightly annoying.
