solid stay with a few quirks

accessible hotel nice pool

I found the hotel accessible. i liked the pool and the various restaurants available. Claim jumpers being open 24 hours was convenient. the casino itself was entertaining and it was nice to not have to leave the premises for entertainment.

During my visit, the elevators nearest to my room were out of service. this meant i had to use a service elevator instead. This added some inconvenience. i also noticed there was no valet available upon my initial arrival.

the staff was helpful and addressed my needs efficiently. some staff members looked newer and were still developing their skills though most longer-term employees were excellent and provided great assistance with requests .

i really liked the pool! it has nice, cold water! the gym features three treadmills! it also includes two stationary bikes. i had a super time! the rooms were spacious and so clean!

the ice machine on my floor was out of service, a small inconvenience.
