friendly staff accessible location
The location was accessible to everything i needed. Rundle street was only minutes away! restaurants sat around the hotel, it was lovely. the staff was friendly and so helpful, a fantastic team indeed.
The room had loud music coming from a local bar at night. It did continue until about 4am though.

easy check-in buffet breakfast tourist spots bad smell sewage smell elevator odor
check-in was easy and friendly. the breakfast buffet included tasty options. it was substantial. the hotel is close to tourist spots near the convention center.
i noticed a bad smell in the elevators and corridor . it smelled like sewage. the family noticed the smell throughout our stay.

a good stay overall
friendly staff convenient location tidy room undisclosed fee disconnected carpark alley access
The hotel staff were friendly and cute. the location is perfect. Trains and trams are just meters away. the rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable.
I wasn't told about the parking fee until the next day. the carpark is not connected to the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient. i had to walk past garbage bins down an alley to access the carpark.
