the room was modern and clean. its proximity to restaurants and bars made it easy to find dining options. my stay was enjoyable due to the convenient location and updated facilities.
i was asked to make the full payment up front upon check in. this was unusual. there was also an excellent payment at check out.

The hotel had a great location! it was an easy walk to both rundle mall and shopping areas, so convenient. breakfast included a vegan option, i loved it. the front desk staff were helpful. They assisted our bridal party efficiently. the suite we stayed in was very comfy and tidy.
the restaurant was closed a couple of nights , that was a bit disappointing!

The room had excellent body wash and hair products. i found the bed comfortable, that helped with a good night's sleep. it was also easy to connect my phone to the tv to stream videos. Very handy!

All the staff were accommodating and the customer service was fantastic! the front desk crew were helpful getting our bridal party into the hotel. they were also kind and friendly, which i appreciated. It.!!

The staff at reception were helpful. My room on the 14th floor had panoramic views. The bathroom had a great layout (very practical).
I was asked to make the full payment up front when i checked in. The explanation for an excellent payment was unclear. I think i was overcharged (not a good experience).
