Solid Stay Near JFK

I found the hotel quite accessible due to its proximity to the Jamaica LIRR station. A short walk of approximately seven minutes took me to the station, and there were food options located along Sutphin Boulevard. The location is convenient and allows easy travel to other locations.

I found the street outside to be quite noisy. It was hard to sleep at night. The air conditioning also made loud noises. Even with earplugs, it was difficult to block out the noise. I hope they can address the street and AC noise.

The staff were helpful. Each staff member provided quick assistance at the front desk. They also gave clear directions to nearby transit options and offered suggestions for local dining. The service was very good!

The breakfast included simple foods. I had scrambled eggs, cheese, and toast. The American breakfast style items were warm. There was a pancake machine for making fresh pancakes.

The location was very convenient to transportation. I found a metro station just a short distance away. The hotel staff worked efficiently to assist many guests. The room was quiet and had a built-in double luggage rack.

The pillows were a bit flimsy. I would have preferred thicker ones.
