The location is AMAZING!!! Right in the city center made getting around so easy. I found the staff to be helpful . The cleanliness of the rooms was good, and the beds were comfortable. It was good.

The location was amazing! The hotel is very close to the port, great if you're going on a cruise. The staff was very nice and always ready to help. I really appreciated the early check-in. It made things so much easier. The beds were comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest.
The shower head in the room needs some repair.
