Practical Stay Near the Port
nearby shopping convenient location ample space
The Bayside Marketplace is directly across from the hotel and offers many options for dining and shopping. Ross and CVS are also nearby. I found the location convenient for accessing the Brightline train station. It was just a short ride away. My room faced the Bayside area and provided ample space for my needs.
The air conditioning was not adjustable, so the room temperature was warmer than preferred! The coffee machine in my room was also not working. It was an inconvenience.

The hotel has elevators for guest convenience, though one was not working . This caused some delays. There is a laundry facility available, however, the front desk did not have change, so I was not able to use it.

The room provided was a good size and included adequate space for luggage and movement. Though basic, the bed felt comfortable, and the linen was clean. I noticed the phone in the room had no dial tone.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the port and nearby attractions, such as the Kaseya Center and Bayfront Park. Several restaurants and nightlife spots are within reasonable walking distance. This added to the convenience.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!

The location was amazing! The hotel is very close to the port, great if you're going on a cruise. The staff was very nice and always ready to help. I really appreciated the early check-in. It made things so much easier. The beds were comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest.
The shower head in the room needs some repair.

The room had a comfortable bed, fresh linen and blackout curtains that allowed for great sleep quality. The climate control worked efficiently, maintaining a constant temperature during the night.

The hotel has a convenient restaurant and a shop across the street. The metromover station is located a block away from the hotel. This allowed for easy access to various points of interest.
