acceptable locationinsufficient cleanliness
the location was acceptable and near many activities.
I was quite annoyed. There were only two for seventeen floors. waiting times were excessive. also, the room seemed rather basic and could have been cleaner (i spotted some dust bunnies under the bed).

i appreciated the location across from bayside marketplace. it made getting to restaurants simple. i was also close to the cruise port. the complimentary drink ticket was a plus!
the water pressure in the shower was unfortunately quite poor.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. they readily stored my luggage securely because i arrived early. the staff also arranged a shuttle service to the port for my cruise and set up a ride to the airport.

The restaurant offered amazing food and drinks. The staff was amazing. My room featured quiet atmosphere, clean space, and cozy vibe. I found the staff very accommodating and helpful. The AC was fantastic.

the staff was quite friendly and helpful with directions.
I often waited over 10 minutes. (this was a real pain) the room itself was pretty basic and could have been cleaner. There were some noticeable stains on the carpet.

I found the location quite convenient, especially with its proximity to various public transport options. The staff were very helpful , always ready to assist with directions and information. My room offered a nice view. I really liked that. The hotel had a generally nice atmosphere.
The hot water took a few minutes to kick in, but that was the only real issue.
